SHIPPING
All products are shipped from Stratford, NJ via UPS.
DELIVERY OPTIONS:
- Standard: If you specify "Standard Delivery", your order
will be shipped via UPS ground. UPS does not provide a
guaranteed delivery date for this shipping option, but you can
generally expect to receive your order within 10 days. Most
orders are received within three to five business days.
- Next Day: If you specify "Next Day Delivery", your order will be
shipped via UPS (or FedEx) depending on your location within the
United States. Orders submitted Monday through Thursday will
be shipped and delivered the next business day. Orders that
are received Friday through Sunday will be shipped the following
Monday and will be received on Tuesday. Saturday delivery is
available, but there is an extra charge for this service.

RETURN POLICY
If you would like to return your product for any reason within
14-days of the purchase, please fill out our RETURN REQUEST FORM and
return it with your product to the address indicated below. We
will only accept returns that are shipped via FedEx, Airborne
Express, or UPS since those services provide tracking numbers to
their shipments. No returns will be accepted if they are
shipped via US First Class Mail or via US Priority Mail.
Please allow five business days from the time we receive your
returned product to process your refund.

Please note that there will be a $10.95 re-stocking fee for each
returned feeder. The re-stocking fee covers the cost of
replacing the steel bowls which can not be re-used due to sanitary
reasons. You will not be refunded the cost of shipping, or the
cost of the shipping the products back to us.
IMPORTANT: Please remember to
complete the RETURN REQUEST FORM to ensure you receive proper
credit.
